'Very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Real. The staff were very attentive, polite and patient with us. We do not speak any Spanish, and the staff did not speak English, but it was easily accommodated by using translation on our phones and texting through What’sApp. As Canadian travellers this hotel seemed very elegantly furnished. 'Mooi hotel, midden in het centrum. Personeel was enorm behulpzaam met alles en reageerde snel op alles. Het dakterras was mooi. De koffie die gepakt kon worden was goed en het ontbijt was top. We moesten vroeg weg en kregen een geweldig ontbijt mee.
