'The Hotel is so big that it gives you the opportunity to burn calories. Always clean, everywhere smells good. The only thing was the Wi-Fi, you have to log in again in different places (maybe because its location is between the mountains) & also the TV cable doesn’t work by 1:00 AM. Anyway, me & my Family enjoyed our stay. We also there was nobody to give us the welcome drink at the lobby when we got there. After all, Riu Palace Costa Rica is highly recommended.'

'Dining options were not the best, and the process to reserve a dining time was a horrible experience. If you don't mind eating at the buffet every night, you will be ok. '

'Beautiful beach with black sand. Perfect for swimming. Our villa was right on the beach gorgeous view of the sunsets every evening. Loved the wildlife around the hotel. The villa was spotless and very comfortable for our family of 6. The kitchen was fully stocked, had everything we needed. Would love to come again, '

'My sister and I just stayed 5 nights here with our 2 young kids and had a great time. The location was close to the beach and nearby town with stores and restaurants . The property grounds were clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were also amazing- the receptionist Gildie (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) was friendly and helpful with all our questions . The breakfast lady was also wonderful . Our only suggestion would be to switch up the breakfast options as they offered the same thing every...

'Accueil très sympathique. Le personnel est très agréable, souriant, disponible, très arrangeant. On nous a même changé notre roue qui avait crevé. Chambre spacieuse, fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner copieux et complet. Piscine très appréciée en fin de journée. Très belle plage et bon restaurant à proximité. Tout était parfait et nous y retournerons volontiers.'

'Communication from this hotel was non existsant. I had called and email several times to confirm my reservation and never heard back from them. I never got a refund and I booked elsewhere. Super sketch, would not reccomend. '
