1. If you get a chance air out the rooms they smell like moth balls and dirt.
2. Have the manger or someone inspect the rooms to ensure everything is clean and in working order.
things to check
- Microwave has a plate and functions
- inspecting blanket and sheets to ensure they are clean
- inspect the tubs to ensure it is clean.
- install fire alarms
Your prices are good but if you have to increase price to get better service then so be it.
