Heliocentro, Spanien

The Heliocentro is a charmingly situated, single-story house with a flat roof in a secluded location (yet still connected to the town), featuring a huge terrace, a small garden, and sweeping views of the surrounding nature. It sits at an elevation of approximately 600 meters at the lower end of the national park. To the left of the house, looking across the orchard—which is one terrace level lower— —you can see the sea; if you look to the right, there’s a small vineyard below and, behind it, a large hill covered in grass, herbs, and shrubs, which lends the house a cozy, sheltered atmosphere.

In terms of size, the vacation home is ideal for 2–4 people and a baby; in terms of its character, it’s perfect for those seeking peace and quiet and for hiking enthusiasts who prefer a more secluded setting that’s still comfortably equipped.

Its location makes it ideal for all kinds of activities. The GR130 island-circling hiking trail, for example, passes right by the house and leads you to the coastal towns of El Remo and Puerto Naos. Hiking enthusiasts can also quickly reach the famous Ruta de los Vulcanes from here.

The sandy beaches of the west coast, as well as the towns of Los Llanos and Puerto Naos, are about a 10–15-minute drive away.



Heliocentro:

Casa Heliocentro owes its unique name to its owner, who is a passionate amateur astronomer.

The house and outdoor area (terrace) underwent extensive renovations in mid-2022 and were expanded with the addition of a sunroom. It features a bright living room with a dining area, a separate, very comfortably equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
You enter the house via the covered terrace and step into the conservatory lounge.
As is often the case in Canarian architecture, it is a large, light-filled wooden roof that defines the house’s character. Full air conditioning in the living room ensures pleasant temperatures year-round.

The bright living room features two comfortable sofas, a very large flat-screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs at the front.

The separate kitchen, with a window opening onto the terrace, adjoins the living room. It is well-equipped and fully furnished.

Behind the living area, a spacious new bathroom with a walk-in shower has been added.
One bedroom has two single beds and a dresser. Next to it is the master bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, and a dresser. There is a second TV on top of the dresser. The en suite bathroom features a shower, toilet, and bidet.

In the entryway, there is a pergola with a cozy seating area. The house is surrounded by a large, tiled, and partially covered terrace. Under the awning, alongside a large dining table and a grill, is the highlight: a Jacuzzi. Here you can relax at any time of day while enjoying a magnificent view.

Two sun loungers overlooking the sea also offer a fantastic view.

Below the house, the owner has planted fruit trees, and he gladly brings the fruit to his guests. But please don’t help yourself!

Behind the house, there is a small outdoor restroom.
