The Space:

The private pool is a highlight of this villa, offering a refreshing escape. Please note that pool heating is not included in the reservation cost. If you desire heated pool, please inquire about pricing at least 24 hours before your arrival so we can arrange it for you.



Guest Access:

You'll have exclusive access to the entire Midcentury Modern Oasis, including all four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and the outdoor patio. The highlight is, of course, the private pool, perfect for a refreshing swim. Please note, the garage is off-limits. Enjoy your stay!

While the immediate neighborhood is primarily residential, you're just a short drive from a variety of dining options and shopping centers. Explore the local cuisine at nearby restaurants, or enjoy a relaxing day of shopping at the local boutiques. The area is known for its peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. You'll find a blend of modern convenience and classic El Paso charm, making it an ideal base for your adventures.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from the Midcentury Modern Oasis. You'll find ample free parking on the premises, making it convenient to explore El Paso by car. For those relying on public transportation, while the immediate area is primarily residential, bus stops are within a reasonable distance, offering access to various parts of the city. El Paso International Airport (ELP) is approximately a 20-minute drive away, providing convenient access for travelers. Major transit hubs and downtown El Paso are also easily accessible by car, allowing you to experience all the city has to offer.

Please take note of these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at the Midcentury Modern Oasis. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee of $100, subject to availability; please inquire in advance. The property has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Only registered guests are allowed. Please be aware of the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as per El Paso city code. Absolutely no parties or events are permitted. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the home and around doors/windows. A $500 cleaning fee will be applied if smoke odor or residue is detected. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed; an unauthorized pet will incur a $500 fee. Free parking is available on the premises. The garage is off-limits. For check-out, please place used towels and hand towels on the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash to the outdoor bins, turn off lights, electronics, and appliances, lock all windows and doors, and return keys to the lockbox.
