I booked a room through Expedia, upon arrival the lady in the front desk wasn't able to pull up my Expedia booking information (even after giving her my confirmation number)
I tried to get in contact with Expedia but all I can get in contact with was a live chat agent.
After going back and forth for 20 minutes (mind you this was all through text very frustrating ) I decided to book a room in person as a walk-in with the clerk, I was tired and it was late
After around 30 minutes of booking my room I received a call from Expedia,sharing their concerning thoughts.
All I wanted was a refund and they assured me that I wasn't going to get charged because I never technically checked in.
Two days later I received a bill from my credit card company with a charge from Expedia.
Try getting in contact with him again, provided them with screenshots and receipts after a few days I was notified that I was not going to be able to get my refund and that there was nothing else they could do and they were terribly sorry.
The fact that they don't have a 1-800 phone number is the most frustrating of it all.
That's my two cents from Expedia deleting the app immediately
