'The apartment is big and clean in a new building. Check-in and the storage of the luggage upon early arrival and late departure worked very well and is secure. The apartment is on a busy street and even with soundproof windows it’s still pretty noisy. We stayed on the 10th floor. The balcony is a nice add on but don’t expect a nice view. The breakfast had good options for Buenos Aires cafes which was nice but the staff in the cafe was really slow'

'The hotel is located near restaurants and shops. It is in quiet area but only 3 minutes walk to all happenings. The room is huge and reasonably clean. The only issue I have is the television channels are all in Spanish if you want to catch-up with latest international news. Breakfast is included but nothing special.'

Windows inside the room couldn’t lock which felt very unsafe. The room itself was not clean - bedsheets and towels were grey and stained, and we also saw bugs on the bed. 'Hotel looks nice from the outside. Location is fantastic. Lobby area is fine, good breakfast. Room is decent, but bathroom had some construction problems (leakage from ceiling). Staff is very friendly and speaks great English.'

'Prima en betaalbaar hotel in het centrum van Buenos Aires, vlakbij de Obelisk en in de straat met alle theaters (zeg maar; het broadway van Buenos Aires). Er zijn prima restaurants in de directe omgeving beschikbaar. Veel bezienswaardigheden zijn vanuit het hotel goed te bewandelen. Taxi's zijn ruim beschikbaar en heel betaalbaar en OV ook goed. Wij zijn in february, twee keer in het Novotel geweest en beide keren is het hotel goed bevallen.'
