New luxury 10 person villa in the characteristic Spanish village of Melegis

We are Carla and Ben from the Netherlands.
At the end of 2016 we ended up, after a long search, in Melegis. And bought a piece of land there. We embarked on the adventure with Spanish architect and Spanish builder.
The house was completed at the end of 2018 and we went several times to furnish it, where we finally celebrated our holiday in the summer of 2019. The more we came, the more we felt at home. The place gives so much peace and besides that the nature is fantastic. It really does feel like a second home. The house has 5 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 4 bathrooms, garage with table tennis table and dartboard and of course a large swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. It is therefore ideal for holidays with a larger group.

La Casa en el Valle is located in the authentic Spanish village of Melegis in the Lecrin Valley. You can fully enjoy the peace and nature here. If you want to look for a bit more crowds, you can make countless trips to, for example, the Alpujarras in the Sierra Nevada, the beach and the city of Granada. All this is reachable within a 30 minute drive. La Casa en el Valle is the ideal base for a fantastic holiday with something for everyone. The house contains all the facilities you need for a perfect holiday.
