'Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!'
'The staff are phenomenal. They truly made us feel like we were at home, and helped us with whatever we needed (taxis, beach towels, etc). The property was also very clean and conveniently located. Unfortunately, however, there were two big downsides for us: the rooms are incredibly small + the area is VERY noisy at night.

'Wouldn't give this place 4 stars. I have been to 3 stars rated hotels with much higher quality. I wasn't planning to stay in the hotel but rather travel around the island all day long and then just come back for overnight. This is why I booked the cheapest option which is Classic Double Room.
