'My stay at the Panorama was unforgettable. The hospitality of staff was warm, the food incredibly delicious and 2 min walk to the beautiful Falassarna beach. The hotel is family-owned and it has a homey feel to it with all staff being hands on in their service. The room was spacious with a gorgeous view of the beach and was cleaned with towels replaced on a regular basis. 'Nice property for the money. We love the town, it's our second time there. The pool was very nice.. the Wi-Fi was adequate, our only complaint was the AC had issues. Bed was good, elevator worked, they have a small parking area, holds five to six cars but parking in the alley seemed fine. The balconies are quite large, we enjoyed sitting out on ours. 'Schöne, moderne und vor allem sehr saubere Unterkunft. Das Frühstück war lecker, der Poolbereich gepflegt und das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal – ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den schönsten Stränden im Westen und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Promenade in Kissamos mit vielen Tavernen entfernt. 'Staying at this hotel near Elafonisi was the highlight of our vacation in Crete. The staff was incredible, especially Maria. She went out of her way every day to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. She made an itinerary for us for things to see and do. Her recommendations made our vacation truly enjoyable and memorable. The room was perfect with an incredible view of the ocean. The restaurant on the property is lovely. They have the best Moussaka I have had in Greece....
