Villa Sonneto is a perfect choice for a family with 2 children or 2 couples. For the explorers amongst you, the villa offers many complimentary equipment for your adventures on the island, like canoes and kayaks, snorkeling equipment for underwater exploration, fishing tackle and mountain bikes. That means you’ll never be bored. Zakynthos Town and the harbor are a 45-minute drive from the villa, while the world-renowned beach Navagio, better known as “Shipwreck Beach” is less than 15 km away and you have to pay a visit.

Payment policy
30% deposit of total amount is required to finalize reservation via bank transfer within 48 hours.

The deposit is not refundable
Remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date: Charge of the deposit (30%).

Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date: Charge of full stay (100%)

No show or early departure = charge of full amount

Our reservations department will final confirm your reservation within 24 hours.

Security Deposit: is collected via one sole bank transfer at least 2 weeks before the arrival day, or if supported, via credit card before or upon check-in and it is refunded to the same credit card or bank account within 5 working days after the check-out.

Upon check-in the client should present the credit card which was used for the booking confirmation along with the passport or ID of the card holder.

According to the law 5073/2023, the total amount of the booking doesn’t include the Climate Resilience Tax which is paid directly to the villa.
Climate Resilience Tax details:
Effective Date: The tax applies to all bookings with check-in date from January 1, 2025.
From November to March (low season): amounts from 2 euros up to 4 euros per villa per night.
From April to October (high season): amounts from 8 euros up to 15 euros per villa per night.
