'Had no issues. Really nice place to relax at!'

'Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.'

'Clean property - both inside and out. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food at hotel cafe was always outstanding and dietary needs were met. Close to downtown Olympia and several area attractions and shopping. Lots of onsite parking.'

'The accessibility needs a little bit of work iD consult someone in a wheelchair to test out accessibility. And parking is a bit tight otherwise our stay was perfect .'

'Easy to get to with restaurants within 10 - 15 minutes. Clean rooms.'

'Despite deep renovations being done, we had a great night's sleep. I was able to work out in the gym, and the breakfast was ample. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the northwest.'

'Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....

'Not sure what was going on with this hotel, maybe renovations or something however it was advertised with a hot tub. There was no hot tub. The ice machine was down but the staff was very friendly.'

Room was small but not cramped, though larger rooms with more amenities are available as well. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
