Nice 3 bedroom house with plenty of space in common areas. Clean and renovated, nice flooring. Very comfortable place.

Great place to stay
We were in the area for a sporting event. By the time we booked, there was little to chose from. I’m so glad! I may have missed this hidden gem if there had been something closer to the event. The house was clean, quiet, well stocked, and very comfortable! Anthony was a gracious host and, thankfully, had already turned the air conditioning down so the house was cool and comfortable by the time we got there at night. Since the temps were over 105 that day, we were especially grateful! We would stay here again if we were ever in the area!

Perfect
Due to travel delays we arrived later than anticipated so we didn't get to stay long but the house was perfect. It was so beautifully decorated and relaxed that it felt like home. I hope we get to stay longer next time.

Great place to stay for travel pit stop!
Family took a vacation to Angel Fire but needed to break up the trip. This house in Electra was the perfect distance for us to stay the night. Anthony was super communicative and easy to work with. We got in late and the place was very clean and comfortable. We would stay hear again in the future without reserve. Thank you Anthony!

Great house and location
Driving from south texas to Colorado, this spot was perfect for a quick overnight stay that was peaceful and relaxing, the perfect place to get off the road for a bit!! We will for sure be staying again the next time we make this drive! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location not far from the highway, but far enough that we didn’t hear the road noise

Cute, But Not The Place to Cook A Meal
Anthony, the property manager, was very responsive during the booking process and during our stay. The day before I did have to ask for the check-in procedures as we were traveling long distances separately and I did not feel comfortable waiting until the day of our stay to receive those instructions as Anthony said he usually does. When I arrived the thermostat was set to 77º and the place was VERY hot, but that was easily fixed. The fenced back yard looked like the perfect place for our pups to play, but on closer inspection there were large pieces of broken glass and A LOT of old poop out there. After cleaning it up and making it safe, we did enjoy having the fenced yard. We brought food to cook as the listing said the place had a fully-stocked kitchen. But, actually, the oven did not work and basic items like a cutting board and mixing bowl were nowhere to be found. Anthony did offer to come over and fix the oven, but we had planned a weekend alone together, so we declined. Other than a full trashcan in the kitchen (and the situation in the yard), the place was cute and clean when we arrived and we enjoyed our stay. But there is definitely room for improvement

After many years of designing, constructing, and managing short-term rental properties as well as receiving a multitude of 5 star reviews on various platforms, we have received the 1st guest that has unfortunately made up accusations of having a terrible short-term rental property. No issues with the oven. Simply lack of operation knowledge. All ovens preheat. Hvac set at 77 is not true due to a smart thermostat programming programmed by myself. Cutting boards are in the 3rd drawer and mixing bowls are in the lower right cabinet. As for animal feces in the yard, there were none after my inspection but a ton after guest's departure. The guest apparently didn't let the animals out enough due to the amount of pet urine in the cottage. The odor from the urine was horrible enough to have to use an ozone machine for an 1hr. No broken glass anywhere on the property. The trashcan is always emptied between guests. When comparing 1000's of guests I've hosted, this is one of the worst guests I've ever dealt and left the cottage in terrible condition. Guest is definitely not welcome back and my guest's rating reflects as such.
