'Room was filthy. Staff was distant and cold except one guy. Room was never cleaned in 4nights/5days they just changed towels once. Pool was closed that was one of the reasons of booking this particular hotel. Location and parking was good. Breakfast very basic. '

'We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room. I will say there was only one desk clerk and we had to wait about 10 minutes just to check in. There seemed to be a large group with a kid's basketball team that were all checking in around the same time. It would have helped to have had another clerk though. All in all, I would highly recommend this...

'The rooms were not clean, did not have bedding for the pull out couch went down and they were out of pillows to give us for the pull out couch. We reserved a two bed room with a pull out but they said when we arrived they did not have one so put us in a regular room with one king.
