'The room was relatively clean. I noticed some flood damage in the bathroom. Our stay in the area revolved around visiting family and having a place to rest at night. We have stayed at a different Tennessee Americourt in Mountain City . They are similar. Essentially it is an adequate place to stay . Parking is no problem. 'New property. Plenty of parking. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. No lobby restrooms or ice machines on the property. For a new property, I wish the walls would have been more insulated for sound. Could hear noise from other rooms easily. '

'I love DoubleTree. They typically have coffee available and wonderful chocolate chip cookies, plus they provide bottles of water. I like that they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The staff is always helpful. '
