My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!'

'Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta'

'Outstanding! Resort was beautiful with lots of amenities. It’s like they thought of everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly! The gym was nice with plenty of equipment. The rooftop pool was so nice with great views and lounge chairs. Good food and drinks at the Apres Pendry restaurant. The boutique in the lobby was cute. We rode the gondola to the top of the mountain and then took a beautiful, not too difficult hike! Plenty of restaurants and shops that you could walk to. I would...

'Het hotel is prima bereikbaar, en parkeren is fijn in de garage. Wij verbleven in een kamer met opklapbed. Deze kamer was voorzien van alle noodzakelijke dingen, goed schoon en met het bed omhoog best gezellig. Helaas niet met het bed naar beneden. De loeizware salontafel moest eerst verschoven worden waarna de bank bijna tegen het bed stond, hetgeen voor veel pijnlijke aanvaringen zorgde. Tv kijken niet mogelijk vanuit het ( verrassend comfortabele) bed. De vloerbedekking in de gangen...

'Loved every minute of my 5 day stay at the Hostel. My room was clean, comfortable and private. The shared spaces (bathroom/shower) and pool table/couch/kitchen areas were super clean and well stocked. The patio on the west side of the building on 3rd floor was epic for watching sunsets and the proximity to the pizza, Indian food and The Parlor cocktail lounge as well as 7/11 was super convienent.'
