Enjoy modern amenities with vintage touches at this centrally-located loft apartment. The space was recently renovated and designed with ultimate luxury and comfort in mind. The apartment is its own space and has private parking in the front..

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Big Timber Brewery, a 10 minute walk to Davis and Elkins, a 10 minute drive to the Allegheny National Forrest, a 45 minute drive to Blackwater Falls, and Canaan Valley.
The space
The studio apartment is its own location above an unused garage. You will have the entire space for yourself and do not have any shared walls. There is private parking in the front and you will ascend the covered stairs to access the front door. At the top of the landing there is a small private space to sit. A small Weber charcoal grill is provided if you would like to grill out.

The entire space has been completely renovated with modern amenities, quality linens, and furnishings. There is a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee pot, and fully stocked kitchen.

You can lay in the king sized bed while watching your favorite streaming shows on the Smart TV. Free Wifi is a standard along with coffee, tea, spices, and essential kitchen basics.

AC can be hard to come by in WV and the brand new unit keeps you feeling comfortable during the summer heat waves. In the winter cozy up on the couch with the fire place to keep you warm.

We welcome traveling professionals and open to short and long term rentals.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment. The garage is used for storage and you will not have access to it.
Other things to note
We are located in a family friendly neighborhood. We do own the property in the front and the tenants that rent use the parking spot next to the Airbnb space. As we have renovated the space our entire family has stayed in the space and have grown to love the apartment.

Our vision for the space was a modern home base for folks coming to explore WV. We hope you fall in love with the communities and the new places you visit during your stay with us!

Perfect Fall Weekend
A quaint, charming little hideaway! This place had everything we needed and more for our long weekend. So many quant touches - board games, books and other little amenities that one may need. We experienced a couple of hiccups during our stay, however Liz was very responsive and acted quickly. I gave check in 4 stars as the address in the listing wasn’t accurate and we had to contact Liz to locate the property. We would definitely book again and will likely do so for next year!

Unique and affordable
The studio apartment was clean and welcoming! The style and curation was stunning and inspiring. We could hear the cars passing on the street in front of the location at night, but the AC going helped by providing white noise. It was very nice to have a cool and well regulated temperature in the room. I appreciated the notes and amenities provided, it made our stay relaxing with expectations outlined and accommodating.

Cute and cozy
Overall enjoyed my time, and Liz and Jeff were responsive and helpful. It's a very cute place to work during a weekend away. Only complaints were that there were quite a few bugs in the unit and that the address on the listing did not match the address of the actual unit, so I spent a little bit of time trying to drive around and find the unit based on the picture in the listing.

I booked this property for a quick overnight trip into the area, and I couldn't have been happier. Communication with the host was A1, and this quaint, cozy, cute apartment was more than I could have hoped for. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
