RIVERFRONT LOG CABIN is de GROOTSTE POPULAIRE en is onze MEEST PRIVÉ UITGANG! Huisdiervriendelijk. Volledig bemand. Hike & X-County Ski het Monongahela National Forest. 23 mijl naar skiën! Restaurants in de buurt. Minder dan 10 minuten naar het schilderachtige treindepot van Greenbrier-Durbin in Elkins.

We hebben een A + BBB-rating met 35 jaar ervaring en biedt een selectie van best beoordeelde panden te huur. Uw verblijf in deze accommodatie zal profiteren van ons vermogen om 24/7 personeel te bieden. Wat betekent dit voor jou? In tegenstelling tot andere verhuuropties is ons 'on premise'-personeel anderhalf kilometer verderop, met de training om de meeste reparaties uit te voeren, of om te bemiddelen in situaties die kunnen ontstaan door een lamp die is geblazen naar een defect in de hot tub.

Wij zijn professionals. Onze normen weerspiegelen dit omdat we uw hot tub DAGELIJKS zullen controleren en onderhouden !! Testen en vervolgens het water behandelen zoals vereist om veilig gebruik te garanderen.

U kunt hier dus uw zoektocht beëindigen als u een privé-blokhut RIVERFRONT wilt verlaten. The Big Poplar is onze meest particuliere accommodatie en deelt 5,5 hectare aan rivieroever met onze Swinging Vine-hut. Een gemeubileerd, afgeschermd terras met PRIVATE HOT TUB biedt een geweldige privéplek om van het uitzicht te genieten. Ervaar de aantrekkingskracht van een authentieke blokhut met de warme kleur van de logwanden, het kathedraalplafond en de gezellige houtkachel met glazen voorkant genesteld in een natuurstenen haard.

Gepersonaliseerd beddengoed en een aantrekkelijke inrichting maken dit de perfecte ontsnapping. Elk van de twee slaapkamers op de begane grond en het derde gedeelte van het hok zijn ingericht met queensize bedden. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle benodigdheden, inclusief serviesgoed dat bij de inrichting past.

Een volledige staf zorgt ervoor dat u voldoende wordt bediend. Ze bezoeken uw woning dagelijks met schone handdoeken en benodigdheden. Het belangrijkste is dat ze uw hot tub DAGELIJKS zullen controleren en behandelen.

Moderne gemakken zijn: elektrische verwarming, airconditioning en kabeltelevisie. Extra ventilatoren, een houtskoolbarbecue, een picknicktafel en brandhout voor de houtkachel zijn ook aanwezig.

Let op: de trap naar het hokgebied is erg steil en niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen en ouderen.

Bij aankomst wordt u begroet door een warm bubbelbad en fris beddengoed op het bed. Pak je koffers!

Persoonlijk ben ik niet tevreden met een bedrijf met # 1, en kan ik het probleem niet oplossen .... en vraag ik om mijn eigendomsbeschrijving met deze aanhef te beëindigen. Richt je teleurstelling op VRBO.

Beautiful spot

This is a private cabin that gives you your own section of Shavers Fork of the Cheat River. Very clean and well set up upon arrival. Nice deck out back facing the stream. Hot tub was at a good temperature for us. We would come back. Good central location to explore Monongahela Park.

Second time around...

Our Cheat River stay this second time, was exceptional.. They did some changes (an overhang over the hot tub) that we thought was going to be bad (You want to see the sky there) But turned out awesome! We were able to be in the hot tub with snow and sleet coming down AND able to watch baseball at the same time. The beds were comfortable, pots and pans and everything we needed for a great stay. Also, the mgmt was very responsive when we needed them. We will for sure be back!! Thank you!!

Holiday retreat

Over all we had fun but few things will cause us to never return. All 3 beds were absolutely terrible and plan to sleep on floor. Hot tub is extremely old and only had 2 jets. It was clean tho. Key that was given did not work. WiFi given did not work. Bank to get into river access was very scetchy and dangerous for my parents. Logs had years of dust and mildew built up on them. There is no where for a small camp fire. There were no towels but was given some after asking. Over all we had fun but the bad beds did me in.

Wonderful

The weather was terrible and it was still fun. We spent our time in the hot tub and enjoyed the beautiful cabin. The river was right outside- and rolling because of the rain and it was so peaceful. We hope to be back in the fall with our whole family. Great stay. Thank you to the amazing hosts.

Perfect Cabin in the woods

This was such a great (and large!) Cabin with perfect access to Canaan Valley skiing. Loved it! All the decor and feel is just what we wanted for a relaxing winter weekend.

Nice property. Clean, beautiful location and easy check-in. Be prepared to be totally “off the grid” though as you get zero cell and pretty poor wi fi. It was a actually refreshing in a way but just a warning to those who may need/want it.

Great Place near the river

The cabin was semi-remote, and quite on the river. The setting is beautiful and tranquil. However, you need to bring paper towels, hot pads, and basic cooking supplies (i.e. oil, salt and pepper, herbs and spices, hot pads). That being said, there is a Walmart, and Kroger down the road in Elkins. I cannot wait to return!

Fantastic Holiday Weekend

We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving week on the Cheat River. The cabin had three spacious bedrooms, the kitchen accommodations was well-stocked with accessories, and the living area was spacious and warm. The scenic views were stunning, and the hot tub was well-maintained and comfortable. Absoultuely one of the best holidays we've had!

Seclusion & Serenity

Roxy ensured our last-minute stay was perfect. The cabin The lake and the exquisite sounds of nature were super relaxing. It's perfect for those looking to take a break from everything. Cell service was shotty...maybe because I have Verizon. IDK. But I didn't need the phone for anything but checking in. So do your paperwork ahead of time. We will be back!!!

quiet and easy

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy quiet away from folks, this is the spot. The views on the drive to get there and the views from the back of the cabin were simply spectacular. The wireless connection wasnt the best, but that was ok since I really didnt NEED the internet, but if you do, this isnt the spot for you. Really perfect, wishing we had built in an extra day.

Down by the riverside...

This unique property is hidden off a narrow, winding road. The cabin is charming and comfortable, with linens, pillows, kitchen and bath essentials. Comfortable beds; bring light blankets in summer. In late July '21 the cupboards very empty, no salt, pepper, sugar, etc, but we attribute that to Covid-19 safety precautions. Overall, charming place for us DIY types!

Cabin of Relaxation

My wife and I went to the cabin for a 2 night stay, loved the whole experience. The cabin was clean and very welcoming when we arrived. Everything was exactly as it was described in the listing. My only complaint is that we weren't really able to kayak because the river was too shallow and less of a river more of a creek. We brought a 2 person raft and tied off to the rocks in a deep pool which worked out great. We will definitely be returning in the future ane recommending the cabin to anyone looking to get away.

Legit log cabin escape w epic riverside hot tub

I thought I was renting a regular person’s getaway, but this turns out to be cabin number five for the Cheat River Lodge, which is fine but it just messed with my expectations a little. Even though I’ve been to Ohiopyle a lot, Elkins was different and we had a lot of fun in our two night stay exploring the area. The info provided by the owners was very useful. Check out the natural spring by Bear Heaven Campground and the lookout tower on Bickel Knob. The cabin was loggish on the outside and in, and the hot tub was so cool right next to the river

Absolutely beautiful!

The location is absolutely spectacular. You can't ask for a more beautiful place to visit for some peace and quiet. The cabin was a great size for us. The beds are definitely firm so be prepared for that. There's definitely some much needed tlc that should be addressed but I hope that this place will be around for us to visit again. Even with the little things that need to be done I'd stay here again without question.
