'Pillows were dirty, called the housemaid but no response just leave a message, they never came to bring clean pillows, neither an extra blanket that I requested. What really ruined our vacation trip was they give false advertisement. I mainly booked this stay because it clearly says, water park access for my little ones, they even have the pictures of the water park in the web page but it is not included. When I asked about it in reception they told me that I need to go inside the water park to...

'The unit was clean and comfortable for three adults and two children. It was located half mile from the ski lodge. Amenities were as promised. We participated in ice skating, The Perfect Break, skiing and indoor swimming. Food options were sufficient.'

'The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. 'The house was beautiful inside and outside and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It had plenty of space for my family, we loved each room and was happy to have multiple bathrooms. The family areas were nice and the kids loved the basement with the ping pong table and games. There was plenty of space for the kids to run wild. Shaina was a wonderful hostess, she answered all my questions and was very polite. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family for the holidays.'
