This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation or gatherings of friends or family. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas allow easy flow. You are surrounded by large windows, with stunning views of the Golf Course.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook for a large group. With top-of-the-line appliances like a GE Monogram 48” range, a Sub-Zero Pro 48” fridge, Viking microwave drawer and a Miele dishwasher, we thought of it all. Cooking or baking for your group has never been so easy in this gourmet kitchen. Featuring quartz counters, a food prep island that seats 4, and a wet bar with under counter SunZero wine fridge for all your beverage needs. Cabinets and drawers supply ample amounts of pots and pans, silverware, plates, glassware, barware and cooking & baking accessories. Includes a four-slice toaster, K-cup & carafe coffee makers, blender, waffle maker and more. The large round dining room table off the kitchen, seats 8 with room to add a few chairs and seating for 4 at the island makes for 12-14 to sit and enjoy a meal together.
With backyard access off the dining room, living room and master bedroom, you will have access to a Weber gas BBQ, a gas fire pit with Adirondack seating for 8, and a 7-person Spa. The large covered patio has a large outdoor dining table to seat 10, lounge seating for 7 to enjoy the stunning views of the golf course.
Off the Kitchen, we have a mud room equipped a second fridge and Electrolux front loader washer and dryer.
The 2-car heated garage is converted into a game room with a ping pong table, air hockey and corn hole.
FEATURES:
The primary king suite is on the main floor and has a king size bed, 42" Smart TV and large slider door with private access to the back yard and hot tub. The attached bath has heated floors, a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a walk-in closet.
The 2nd king suite on the main floor has a king bed, 42” Smart TV, a closet and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
The 3rd king suite on the second floor has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, 42” Smart TV, a closet, large windows and a private bath has a walk-in shower.
The 4th king suite on the second floor has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, 42” Smart TV, a closet, large windows and a private bath has a walk-in shower.
The 5th bunk suite has two twin over full bunk beds, vaulted ceilings, giant bean bag seating, 42” Smart TV, large windows and a private bath with tub/shower combo. Closet room has toys and books for kids of all ages.
The Additional Den space is a private room with a chase sofa, lounge chair and 52” Smart TV.
There is a powder room bath conveniently located on the main floor.

• This home is NOT a part of the Suncadia Rental program so access to the Fitness and Swim center and Nelson Pool are NOT Included as part of your stay. We have no way to grant access to the pools for our rental guests.
• 2 to 4 night minimum stay.
• Check in at 4pm. Check out at 11am.
• Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $220 (1 dog MAX). NO SMALL BREED dogs under 10lb. Contact owner with any questions.
• Cleaning Fee - $420.00 *deeper clean/sanitize takes more time for larger house and additional bathrooms (100% goes to cleaners).
• Cancellation Policy:100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
• Damage Protection: A non refundable fee of $79 for $3,000 of coverage is required to book paid though CSA Insurance. Does not cover hot tub damage/draining.
• Gatherings/ Parties/BBQs of any size over house occupancy must have prior approval.
• Rental Agreement will be sent via email. By accepting your booking, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read carefully!
• Your Safety Matters: This home is equipped with 2 ring cameras. 1 faces the front driveway and 1 faces the golf course. No cameras are inside the home.
• No food or beverages in bedrooms PLEASE
• Hot Tub & Landscape maintenance may access the back yard during your stay. Trash service will access Trash Room on Fridays.
