The Kitchen had all necessary tools for cooking, which was awesome. Lots of pots/pans, even some spices, coffee etc. Very nice when you don't eat out a lot. Check in was easy, host was communicative and responsive. 1 feedback is please put conditioner in the showers. Thx!

Amazing Cabin

I highly recommend this cabin. Everything was, as advertised. We are definitely coming back! Very clean cabin and easy access to the river. Thank you to the staff, they were on point with answering any questions we had. Its a 10 star cabin.

Memorial day weekend 2025

We had a wonderful cabin trip for memorial day weekend. The amount of yard space for the dogs was great and the wrap around deck provided ample space for conversation and relaxing. I was a bit worried about I-90 road noise when booking this cabin but the river trees did wonders to negate the effect.The interior of the cabin was large and the bathrooms and bedrooms were all nice. It was a bit dimly lit, and lacking a number of essential items such as extra bath towels, paper towels, and emergency supplies (like candles, lighters/matches for when the power goes out, we had a tree fall on a power line while we were out there.) The wifi also repeatedly went out, seemingly due to the modem/router box overheating? Unplugging and plugging it back in would solve this, but not something you expect for the price of the cabin. The detached game room was loads of fun and a perfect hangout spot for summer activities and the hot tub provided a nice relaxation point to enjoy the backyard. All in all I would say it’s a great place for dog owners and river enjoyers alike (especially if you are into fly fishing, as there are a number of opportunities for that nearby). 4/5 due to lack of household essentials (and inconsistent wifi) especially considering the price

Perfect getaway

Our group came together to celebrate a birthday and it was a great space to host in. There was enough space for everyone. You could see the neighbor's property through the trees but it still felt private. The property was clean and the neighborhood quiet. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely come back. Thanks for the early check-in!

Perfect gathering place

We gathered here as a group of friends to celebrate the Halloween weekend and spend time together. It was a great spot for us. Check in was easy, the house was clean and well stocked. It was a wonderful location right on the river.

A beautiful and relaxing property next to a beautiful river but requires attention and maintenances.

This was the second time we rented a property from Vacation Rental 365. Our initial experience was truly amazing, and I have since recommended this company to all of my friends. However, this time, I want to highlight my unfortunate experience over three nights in this house. 1. The hot tub wasn’t clean and warm when we have arrived at first night. Next morning we tried to turn it on but we discovered that the water was noticeably unfiltered and dirty in the daylight. So, I contacted the company's customer service, and they promptly sent their maintenance personnel, whom I truly appreciate. Despite the snowy conditions he showed up by 2 hours and replaced the entirely clogged hot tub filter with a new one and cleaned all the dirts from the water. Anyway, unfortunately, the water didn't warm up until 10:00 pm. 2. The second night we figured out that dryer also not working due to a filter error which didn’t get fixed even we cleaned the filter (Which is a maintenance job). So we ended up to dry our clothes and towels on a drying rack. 3. Dishwasher lower basket is not the original one so it’s not fit properly and wash arm get stuck and machine getting off frequently. So we had to just using upper basket and handwashing most dishes. Overall, I believe this cabin is a very attractive and enjoyable place which need having some improvements in maintenance and controlling process. Despite this, I appreciate Vacation Rental 365 for their helpful service.

House was not as clean as last time with lots of inappropriate for children findings in downstairs bedrooms Downstairs also had strong pet urine smell Microwave wasn’t heating and master bathtub also was not able to fill with hot water and the master bath is very very cold as the room is unheated The oven door glass is shattered. Dishes weren’t clean but were put away. We kept wondering if a huge New Year’s Eve party had happened before our stay. Not the fault of home but our power went out a few times so we were really appreciative for the feeestanding propane fireplace where we could boil water (and pop our popcorn that we didn’t have a microwave for) Management company was responsive. We stayed in this house 2 years ago and can see it hasn’t been as well maintained. Still a lovely older house in a good area with room for a lot of people Cleaning needs more attention

Perfect vacation getaway

The home is exactly as shown, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, the non-stick pans are peeling though, so bring your own. Comfy outdoor furniture, full view of the backyard. The river is only accessible via a small path to one part of it, not really 200ft accessibility, overgrown vegetation blocks most of it, we still enjoyed wading in it. Overall, would return.

Beautiful property

Our family had a wonderful time here. Our kids loved the game room in the two car garage. While us adults loved taking the folding chairs down to the river and siting in the chairs while our feet stayed in the water on a hot summer day. We even enjoyed watching the locals fly fishing the river. It would be a great place to have a two family/friend gathering.

This property worked perfect for our group of seven and 3 dogs! The house was very comfortable for us! We cooked our traditional Thanksgiving dinner!
