'Check in was great and hotel valet was very nice. For the size of the room (Jr. Suite) I was expecting a larger more modern bathroom, it was very small and compact. Hotel provided toiletries were very small, and we had to ask for more (3 day visit) with one teeny bottle of shampoo was not going to cut it. I was very dissatisfied that breakfast was $25 per person. While the food was good, it was the same every morning. I've stayed at cheaper hotels and had great breakfast that was included....

'I really liked the open spaces inside the hotel itself. There were areas that were open to the sky within the hotel. The pool was also nice for me and my kids to come back from Darien Lake and swim until 9pm before going to sleep. 'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'Comfortable room. Overall was clean. The breakfast was very basic hotel and fealt lacking, but still appreciated.The pool was small. The gym was pretty good. Good area in the back for dogs. Spent a few days and the area did feel safe enough while walking the dog around. Good food close by and lots of fun things to do. Overall experience was a 5 stars even if the hotel wasn't perfect. This hotel was still an enjoyable and comcortable place to come home to for our stay.'

'My family and I had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express while visiting Niagara Falls State Park. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great for us. The included breakfast buffet was perfect, offering lots of hot and cold options so that everyone was happy. The gentleman that managed the breakfast area was friendly and made us all feel welcome.'
