Welkom bij "Applely Ever After" !! Een van de nieuwste toevoegingen aan de zeer gewilde en prachtige Lake Buckhorn Community en Buckhorn Cabin Rentals, net ten noorden van Ellijay op 8 mijl en net ten zuiden van Blue Ridge, ongeveer 10 minuten naar een van beide.

Waarom zou je Applely kiezen?
Want door te boeken bij Buckhorn Cabin Rentals bent u een persoon, geen "onbekend" of alleen een creditcardnummer.

Individuele aandacht en gastvrijheid vormen onze hoeksteen.
U wordt persoonlijk gecontacteerd door cabinebeheer (Jim) en krijgt alle informatie die nodig is voor het lokaliseren en betreden van uw hut. Jim woont samen met zijn vrouw Carolyn in de Lake Buckhorn-gemeenschap. Je hebt te maken met een lid van de community, niet met iemand ver weg of met een computer.

Vanaf het moment dat u de deur naar deze hut opent, weet u dat gastvrijheid en service aan onze gasten # 1 is !!

Jim komt langs om je te begroeten en je rond te leiden. Hij deelt de beste plaatsen waar de lokale bevolking van houdt om te dineren, plekken om naartoe te gaan en dingen om te zien.

De temperatuur van de cabine is al comfortabel voor u gemaakt. Er branden lampen als u laat aankomt. Cabine is onberispelijk schoon. Ook wacht een gastvrijheidstraktatie en persoonlijke details op u.

Jim en Carolyn zijn slechts 3 minuten verwijderd als je problemen zou moeten hebben, en Jim is 24/7 beschikbaar per telefoon of sms indien nodig.

"Applely Ever After" is prachtig ingericht en alle gloednieuwe blokhut. Met twee slaapkamers met een queensize bed en twee gerenoveerde badkamers. Cabine bevat alles wat u nodig heeft voor een ontspannen en leuke privé-weekend of week vakantie. Roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten aanrechtbladen, houtgestookte open haard, propaangrill, Smart tv met Netflix, tv's in elke slaapkamer, spelletjes en een geweldig uitzicht !!

Krijg je 's ochtends koffie en leun achterover op de veranda en geniet van het uitzicht op Double Knob Mountain. Grill een paar steaks voor het avondeten met je favoriete wijn! Ben je avontuurlijk? Laat een lijn in het meer vallen om te zien of je een hapje kunt krijgen of een wandeling van 3 mijl door de gemeenschap kunt maken.

Zet je s'mores klaar en knuffel rond de vuurplaats met die ene speciale persoon of de kinderen.

Alles draait om ontspannen, tijd doorbrengen met mensen die je leuk vindt en terug naar de natuur!

Slechts een paar mijl afstand vindt u geweldige golfbanen op Whitepath Golf Course. "VIER !!"

Geen zorgen over slechte wegen of een 4-wielaandrijving. Verharde wegen helemaal naar korte grind oprit en parkeren.

Applely is "geen huisdieren" en absoluut, niet roken !!

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time visit to the Blue Ridge Mountains and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The cabin was perfect for us. We had a beautiful view and the location was great. We spent time in Ellijay and Blue Ridge and both towns were lovely.

The cabin and location are spectacular. The place was immaculate and well stocked with anything you would need. Pictures online don’t do it justice. Loved the views and fireplace!. Ellijay and the surrounding areas have excellent restaurants and shopping and it is wonderful to be able to support the local business owners.

Loved all the amities. Well kept cabin. Beautiful view. The only negative was the fact that there were no sports channels on the TV. Could not get ABC sports CBS sports nor ESPN, so I could not watch any football games nor Baseball playoffs.

My husband and I stayed at the Appley Ever After cabin for a long weekend trip! Cabin was very clean and comfortable! The fresh flowers and apples were a nice and welcoming touch! Would definitely recommend and we hope to return again in the next year!

Clean & Cozy

PROS: Cabin is very clean & photos are accurate. Putting green, fire pit, deck rocking chairs, & lower deck area were all nice touches. Good Wifi. Upon arrival, fireplace didn't work, but property manager arrived quickly & fixed it. Kitchen was well equipped with the basics & had some spices. It's a nice neighborhood, but if you want to go for a stroll, you'll need good lungs & strong legs; it's pretty hilly. CONS: TV is mounted very high up, so you feel like you're in the front row at a movie theater. If you recline the 2 end seats on the couch, you can watch more comfortably; otherwise you'll need to pull rockers way back in the room to watch, or sit in the kitchen. TV remote in master bedroom had broken battery case cover & constantly fell off, but it worked fine. The bathroom sink faucet is too tall & sticks up right in the middle of the sink, so if you brush your teeth/wash your face, you only have 6" on either side of faucet & water splashes on counter top. Our biggest complaint was the master bedroom mattress; it dips on both sides & was very uncomfortable. The smaller bed in 2nd bedroom has a pretty firm mattress, but is more comfortable. The cabin gets east/west sunlight & there aren't blinds, so we had to hang a blanket on the back windows to keep the sun blocked. Master bedroom needs blinds too; so bring sleeping mask! OVERALL: Would give 5 stars if master mattress was changed, blinds added & TV mounted lower. It's a cute & cozy little place & very clean! 4.5 stars

Very Cozy Cottage

Super cute and very clean! Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. We went to use the propane firepit and the propane bottle was empty. Contacted property manager who was very responsive adn replaced the bottle quickly. Went to use the gas grill to grill steaks Saturday evening but could not because the propane bottle there was empty also. Did not contact property manager because of lateness of time and we were leaving the next day. Also, could not use the hot tub as it was inoperable.

Favorite Cabin

The pictures just don’t do this place justice. Immaculate and cozy cabin with great views. I loved the rocking chairs and the kids enjoyed the putt putt, fire pit and having fun downstairs. I loved that the kitchen was stocked with tools for cooking and I didn’t have to go out and buy items just to cook meals; it happens often when we visit rentals. I appreciated the little touches of seasonal decor and wine. This was a family favorite and we will definitely be back!

This cabin was incredible…from the cleanliness to the up to date technology, this was one of the best cabins we have ever rented. The lower deck IS amazing as described. Loved the town and surrounding areas! Can’t wait to book our return trip!

Much needed break!

We loved the cabin and especially the outdoor areas. My son was amazed and in aww of the cabin. The bed is super comfy and im buying those same pillows now because they were like sleeping on clouds. We especially loved the treasure hunt in the log book. Great place!

Great!

I enjoyed the hot tub very much, even though the lower deck doesn't connect to the inside of the house. The cabin was great and clean. Although it is in a community, we never saw a soul... very peaceful! My husband enjoyed having morning coffee on the upper deck and taking in the great view! Jim was very responsive. Great stay!

Another Great Stay

This was our second stay at Applely, and it was just as good as the first was back in 2020. It's common when you revisit places that you find the experience isn't the same as the first time with the most common reason being that the owner has stopped investing the same amount of energy and care into the property. That is not the case here at all, and the cabin has only improved since our first visit with a putting green added out front and the master bedroom expanded to add a place to sleep a small child or to work remotely at the desk (the internet speed is fantastic). Overall, read all the other reviews that sing the praises of this cabin, and do yourself a favor and book it now.
