Overall this place is roomy with a GREAT location! Disappointed with hot tub readiness upon arrival. I sent message the night before asking if hot tub would be warm and ready upon check-in and response was cleaning lady had been asked to check it. It was NOT warm enough to get in until Sunday after we turned up and actually turned on the jets to allow for water flow. There are no clear pictures of kitchen and it’s because it’s is minimal with the fridge not being full size. For us not a problem but for a house full of folks you wouldn’t be able to store a weeks worth of food. There is a keurig but no pods. There is also an old school coffee pot but needs replacing. The porch into the home is very slippery. Especially in rain. It needs pressure washing or some treads down the steps. The beautiful wood burning stove shown in “dock” pictures is COMPLETELY RUSTED THRU and collapsed in so building a fire there is completely out of the question. The only bed we slept in was main level and VERY uncomfortable. Check out instructions made no sense when it came to lines and towels. Overall it would be a great place, especially in summer! I feel that some pictures are very misleading and I feel like if upon booking and sending comment “weekend away with hot tub” would be enough to make sure hot tub is ready but I went above that in sending specific request it was still not met.
