Welcome to "Deer Hideaway", the perfect place to make lifelong memories. This cozy cabin is great for families and friends looking to get away for a great mountain retreat.
This beautiful 3BR/3BA + Loft cabin is located on 1.4 acres of land with tons of privacy inside Coosawattee River Resort - a popular, gated community in Ellijay. The mountain town of Ellijay, GA, prides itself in being the "Apple Capital of Georgia."

Enter through the main door into a great room adorned with a stacked stone wood burning fireplace, comfy couches, as well as a new 65" flat screen TV to enjoy a good movie. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to create some great meals, and conversation to be enjoyed at the adjacent spacious dining area.

In the mood for dining alfresco? We've got you covered (literally). Our screened in deck offers additional seating, complete with multiple ceiling fans, an outdoor Weber grill and rocking chairs, perfect for sipping morning coffee while deer gazing. The property has a total of 3 porches, great for relaxing outdoors under a star lit sky. The back yard fire pit area provides a great place for telling ghost stories, star gazing and enjoying everybody's favorite, s'mores. Best to grab your favorite beverage and head on outdoors!

Our cabin has a bedroom with a smart TV and a full bathroom on each floor allowing the ultimate privacy for multiple families. The Master Bedroom and Bath is located upstairs with a door for privacy and a loft that overlooks the living room. The quaint loft area houses a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle that can sleep up to 4, aside a foosball and board game table, along with a wall-mounted smart TV, perfect for separate kids' quarters. We do provide tons of board games to enjoy. The main level offers a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and mudroom including washer/dryer.

Downstairs, you'll discover another living area with a full sleeper sofa, a 43" flat screen smart TV, and a 6-ft pool table! This floor also has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a 43" smart TV, as well as a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. If you're in the mood for some outdoor fun, cornhole is available right outside on the lower deck.

Bring your kayaks/tubes and fishing gear to take advantage of the river and fishing ponds located within the resort. There are several walking trails to enjoy nature, as well as river access, again all located within the resort. The city's remote location and small-town charm provide a beautiful setting and a place to relax, refresh, and enjoy mesmerizing surroundings full of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.

Other things to note:
Prior to booking, you must let us know how many people will be present at the house, specifying adults, children and pets. The cabin can comfortably sleep 12 guests, but additional guests can be accommodated on request. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests that book will be required to sign a rental agreement, that will be sent shortly after reservation has been made. Please note refundable 300 security deposit is not included.

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

Pet rules:
Dogs are permitted, but require prior approval and payment of a separate pet fee in the amount of 150 for 1 dog, and 225 for 2 dogs. Please contact us if you have more than 2 dogs. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds out of respect for other guests, cleaning logistics, and potential damage. If there is any evidence that the dog was on furniture you will be charged extra for cleaning. Dog should be walked far from the cabin, to “do its business”. If your dog has an accident close to the cabin, please scoop it up.
