Guests have access to the entire cabin and property. There is an owners closet that will be locked during your stay.

We`ve included two membership cards for your use, which grant access to the resort`s amenities for you and up to seven guests. This is normally a $59 charge at the front office! Kindly return them to their original location to avoid a replacement fee of $50.00. Make the most of your stay and enjoy all the facilities at Coosawattee River Resort!

The cabin is nestled in a serene mountain area, accessible via winding roads that add to the scenic charm. Drive carefully and allow extra time, especially at night or in wet conditions. The roads are maintained, but we recommend arriving during daylight if possible for a smoother drive. Enjoy the journey—it’s all part of the mountain experience!

We have installed an alarm system that you are welcome to use for a little extra security during your stay with us.

Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful, remote wooded area, perfect for those looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. However, due to the nature of the location and property, we kindly ask all guests to review and acknowledge the following before booking:
-Use of Amenities: The river, hot tub, playset, fire pit, tubes, and kayaks are provided for guest use but are used at your own risk.
-Children must be supervised at all times due to the natural environment and outdoor features.
-Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, amenities, or equipment during their stay.
-The property is in a remote area where power outages or utility disruptions may occasionally occur, especially during storms or high winds. These are rare but beyond our control. Refunds will not be given in these events.
-Certain amenities may become unavailable or closed without notice due to maintenance, safety concerns, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
