Apartment in a charming historic villa in the old town

This charmingly furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic villa dating back to 1895, near the city center and close to all public transportation options, which are all within easy walking distance.
From the balcony, you can enjoy a unique view of the villa’s mature trees and the adjacent Krückaupark. Despite its proximity to the city center, you’ll feel close to nature here, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
