"The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms itself also good. The bathroom is small. the sea is good (not the best in Crete but good enough) you have sunbeds and drinks and snacks available there. The food options are limited but tasty, wouldn't be the best food you eat in Greece but still good. Don't wait for aisles of food. The Asian restaurant is seriously bad. We couldn't try the Greek one (Meze) because it was fully booked. That seems like a big issue at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly and you can see that they are doing their best. HOWEVER the staff is not enough. There was only one waitress serving for the pool and the lunch area close to the pool, so you have to wait to order. That's why you wait to order drinks, the food etc."

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooi locatie. Restaurants prima en helemaal Mirabello restaurant. Zeer gastvrije mensen. Wellicht enige minpuntje is dat er niet echt een strand is. Wel strandje gecreëerd, maar klein en vol met bedjes. Pluspunt was ook de duikschool in het hotel. Zeer vriendelijke instructeurs en leuke duiken gemaakt."
