'Our stay was made extra wonderful by the attentive and helpful receptionist called Francis. He went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciate him. The room was very comfortable, clean, great amenities. We would definitely stay here every time we are in Accra.'

'Great area in the heart of Accra with excellent service. The only concern is Expedia should incorporate the contact number of the agent that has to be called to assist in check in. Reaching the hotel before a you learn that you have to contact Expedia for an agent to assist you to check in is not helpful; very frustrating especially when the agent’s phone is off. That was my experience but above all, I had an excellent stay.'

'A lovely place to be'

'Check-in was ok, but free airport pick-up was despite the booking confirmation not available. We had to organize the ride to the apartments by ourselfs. Also two ACs out of four weren't working. The restaurant was good, but was a little bit pricy though. Overall the apartments are quite expensive, but the conditions of the apartments are ok.'

'Despite confirming our reservations the day of our trip, we were told that our rooms were canceled when we tried to check-in, leaving us with no where to stay upon our arrival in a foreign country. It is inexcusable that Expedia includes this establishment as a lodging option to their customers!!!!'

'We stayed at Fiesta Residences for both business as pleasure. Hotel is in a residential area and very quiet at night. Suit is very nice decorated and coffee and tea facilities in the room. Wifi was not strong in our room, but they took immediate action fixing the problem and we had wifi all days during our stay. Staff is very well trained, I felt they make the difference. Breakfast is good and with an Italian chef in the kitchen diner is wonderful. Pool area is still a bit open, because it is a...
