'The staff was friendly and always there to give a helping hand. Special thanks for help with taxis and tour to Agra to Taj Mahal. Chef prepared food for my husband’s diet. Very thankful for that. Beautiful sunny lobby Highly recommend Iris Park Hotel. '

'This hotel deserves a better rating than it has. Regardless of the fact that it is overpriced and not really a boutique hotel, it’s in a very good neighbourhood in Delhi, access to the airport is straightforward, it’s clean, safe, friendly and comfortable. They will arrange a car for pick ups and drop off (the car had working seat belts) at railway stations and the airport - just contact them direct rather than through the Hotels.com app (no response through the app, but very good communication...

'Location is good but service is between poor and lousy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes in inchecking although there were no other customers. The rooms are not tiptop but ok. The co-operation between hotel and restaurant does not work.'

'We were treated like Royalty here. The customer service at The Imperial is some of the best we have ever experienced! And we have traveled all over the world. I might have even said "the best"! From the moment you arrived, this group took care of us and we checked in very late. From the greeting, the food delivered to our room with a special dining table. It was impeccable service. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend. '

'The studio is so much nicer than the deluxe twin… more spacious, feels a lot more like an apartment than a hotel room. Lovely terrace accessible from the bedroom and good water pressure in this one. My complaint about stiff bedsheets is valid here too, I think duck feather bedsheets would make the place more cozy.'

"Net hotel, zeker voor Delhi. Het is een erg grote stad. Gelukkig zijn tuktuk erg goedkoop. Het meeste dat ik betaalde was 2 euro 50 cent voor een rit van 20 min. Centrum ligt 1 euro met tuktuk. Daar is ook Hard rock café alwaar men Westers eten kan krijgen Iedereen wil iets van je. Dat is wel eens vervelend Hotel is oké. Personeel erg aardig. Soms ook onduidelijke situaties. Het meest vreemde was de taxi terug naar vliegveld. Hotel gaf verschillende informatie. Volgens de een koste het zes euro. Volgens de ander met meter zeven euro. Uiteindelijk was het acht euro zonder meter. Koffer werd, niet vastgebonden, op een plaat op de auto gelegd. Dat voelde erg raar. Zeker omdat ik alleen in auto zat. Men rijdt daar heel bijzonder (toeteren is een nationale hobby)."
