The home features hardwood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms, with beautifully tiled bathrooms. Enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the house. Families will appreciate the full-size crib, booster seat and baby gate.


Ground Level
Rec Room: Kick back and unwind in this cozy space with a flat-screen TV, stereo system, and a comfy sofa and chairs.


Middle Level (Main Living Space)
The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings and large sliding glass doors topped by an arched window to let in the natural light.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts quartz countertops, an island with breakfast bar seating, and stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, double sink, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, and blender.

Dining Area: Enjoy meals at the dining table (seats 6) or grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar (seats 3).

Great Room: With plush sofas, chairs and an ottoman, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or step outside onto the furnished deck.

Laundry Nook: A convenient laundry area is located off the kitchen, including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Private Pool: Relax by the 15’ x 30’ chlorine pool, exclusive to the west side, with plenty of seating. Fire up the charcoal grill for a poolside meal. (Note: The pool cannot be heated.)

Decks: Enjoy the furnished deck off the great room and the sun deck from the top floor bedroom.

Outdoor Shower: Rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and a convenient dressing area.
