Emerald Isle North Carolina - Queen Court resort, Queen Nicole Condo!

Gelegen in het Queens Court resort, met uitzicht op de majestueuze blauwe Atlantische Oceaan in Emerald Isle. Dit appartement biedt u de mogelijkheid om te genieten van de levensstijl van Crystal Coast. Het ligt binnen een uur van drie luchthavens en op slechts 2,5 uur van Raleigh. Highway 58 brengt je over Cameron Langston Bridge en binnen 2 minuten van je voordeur. Het complex biedt ook een directe toegang tot het strand.

Deze hoekeenheid op de tweede verdieping aan de oceaanzijde beschikt over twee grote dekken. De dekken en het grootste deel van het appartement bieden een prachtig uitzicht op de opkomende en ondergaande zon over de oceaan. Bovendien is de oceaan binnen het zicht van bijna alle delen van het appartement.

Er is een woonkamer, een eethoek en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Keuken voorzieningen zijn onder andere een koelkast, magnetron, vaatwasser, verwijdering, oven / fornuis, broodrooster en een koffiezetapparaat. Er is een wasmachine en droger in de flat. De unit is goed onderhouden en beschikt over keramische vloeren en granieten werkbladen in de keuken en badkamer. De condo-keuken is onlangs gerenoveerd en alle apparaten zijn nieuw. Berging op de begane grond voor het opbergen van strandstoelen en parasols.

Het resort ligt direct aan de oceaan en beschikt over een privézwembad, tennisbanen en een picknickplaats. Winkelen is op loopafstand, waaronder voedselketens, drogisterijen, antiekwinkels, bouwmarkten, bioscopen en strand- / cadeauwinkels. Restaurants en fastfoodrestaurants zijn in de buurt; veel op loopafstand. Waterglijbanen en Playland liggen naast het resort.

Internet en gratis WiFi is beschikbaar in de flat.

Awesome location

Great value. Friendly people who live there asking with fellow renters. Great beach access. Elevator such a blessing for older people.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was equipped with the things we needed for our week long stay. The location of this condo was great! Close to stores and restaurants. The condo owner was quick to respond to messages.

Quiet and relaxing…just what we were looking for!

Our first visit to Emerald Isle was made even more enjoyable by the lovely accommodations of this Queen’s Court condo. The location and proximity to the beach, as well as to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment was so convenient! The condo was very clean and well appointed and we started our mornings with coffee on the deck watching the sun come up over the water. It was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to spend this past week in your beautiful beach home!

Nice place

Nice, clean, decorated beautifully but some issues. Upon arrival found wet towels/sheets in dryer, stovetop not clean, only 1 gate card and code for gate would not work, sheets on bed, took off, folded and used our own. Did not know were expected to wash linens/towels from the beginning, did not use sheets, washed towels and put away, pots and pans not in good shape, can opener did not work. TV in master bedroom, could not get it to work. The door lock to get in the Condo would not work at times. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

1st trip to Emerald Isle

We had a great first trip. Property manager is also was great to work with and was very quick to reply to any questions. Cons: had issues getting into the gate so my husband walked to the room and got the gate key. No issues after that. The screen on the screen door was ripping off so that made the place look a little sketch. Once we got inside our minds were changed! Condo was very nice. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom could only be used on low. Looks like it should maybe be replaced. Again not a big deal. Toilets could’ve been more clean. Pros: condo is completely stocked with pretty much anything you could’ve needed from body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent. More than enough towels and linens! The only two things missing were qtips and tissues (which were not expected) Perfect place to stay right in between the ocean and pool. Great ocean views and sounds from the room. Plenty of parking. Great location for food and family activities.

Owner was easy to reach

There was problem after problem- we left a day early. The decks were new. However, nothing worked right: 2nd bathroom sink didn’t work, toilet seat was broken and sort of repaired but it didn’t stay repaired. No coffee maker, no Wi-Fi, not clean …. Just one thing after another …. Owner did get back to us and sent cleaning crew out at 9 pm on our 1st night…. Place was not clean, floors not mopped, dirt on kitchen counter- the excuse was that they didn’t have time… we didn’t get there until 5 pm. I think the cleaning company is scamming the owner but that’s me. It was outdated, but that isn’t a big deal at the beach…. It was the stuff breaking daily, lack of ability to hold meetings for work when needed, lack of working bathroom stuff, no coffee in the morning … etc.. disappointed for sure

Queens court was a wonderful place to stay.

Location was great! The condo was nice. Right by the beach! Very nice pool. A lot of shopping, food, and ice cream near by. Also there are activities for the whole family! And a short drive to NC Aquarium!

Overall happy

We loved the location of the condo. We loved our first visit to Emerald Isle. The keyless entry was confusing. We never figured out how to lock the door when we left. The pots and pans could definitely use an upgrade. Overall our stay was good.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and for the most part well equipped. We had a great time, beautiful beach views and a very short walk. Family friendly. Its very spacious. The gate code wasn't working or the storage code, but once you have the key card its fine. We stored our beach things in the car, parking was always available. Pool wasnt open because of covid, but we had a great time. We had to do a little cleaning once arriving, and a vacuum would have been very useful but its a great place. This is a great place to stay for a week.

Beautiful Island and area nice property.

The area is gorgeous and the building and property was nice. We had some issues with check in as when we arrived the code for the gate did not work. We arrived around 10:30 pm. I was abke to reach the owner who advised I would ha e to walk into the property a d use the door code at the unit and get a gate key. I was not happy that I had to leave my car parked at the gate and walk to the door with a 7 yr old and 2 13 yr olds alone at 10:30 at night. Aside from that issue our stay was good. The kids loved the pool area. The condo was clean and the kitchen area looks newly updated and stocked with every gadget we needed. We had no isses with any if the appliances. There were no trash bags and only 1 partial roll of TP per bathroom. No coffee filters. We purchased all these items and left the extras there. The bed in the master was very hard and uncomfortable and the fold out beds were also not very comfortable at all. The girls ended up sleeping on the couches unfolded. The balconies had a nice ocean view and the showers had good water pressure and stayed hot. The location is close to the beach with easy access by an elevator and walking under a walkway through 2 buildings. It was not far at all. Parling was available right by the elavator most days and was always right by our building. Overall we had a good stay but beware of coming later in the evening or you cannot get in with the gate code.

Enjoyed our stay

Queen Nicole condo was perfect for our family of four. Had everything we needed for the little time we spent inside as we spent more time at the beach and pool. Kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Nice decks looking out towards the ocean, nice sized beds and the added bonus of a pull out couch. Owner was easy to contact and answered any and all questions.

Dirty Condo

The condo was dirty: Shower and tubs were dirty visible scum build up Black on the bottom of the shower curtain (entire bottom) Mirrors throughout the house were all dirty and smeared Dust buildup on the vents Fingerprints and food all over the front of the refrigerator sliding glass doors were filthy, couldn't see out them lipstick on glasses on the table setting Coffee pot was broken so there was a pot there although you had to stand there with a knife to release the coffee. nails sticking up on the deck, loose railing on the bedroom deck I tried to contact the owner to give her opportunity to respond to me and she choose not to respond, as I was told she had little to do with the daily care of the condo.
