Sun Like it Hot is a 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Oceanview Home and your vacation location at beautiful Emerald Isle! Relax in your very own Private Hot Tub or take a swim in your own Private Pool. Play a couple of racks on the Pool Table in the Den/Game Area! Equipped with High-Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected anywhere in the house Sun Like it Hot on your vacation.

Want to get out of the house? The beach is just a casual stroll away. Done at the beach? Walk to the movies, grocery store, beach shopping, restaurants. A great house in a great location!

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with Private Bath. Ground Level Den/Game Area with a Pool Table, TV with DVD Player and streaming media, and Stereo.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and private deck access. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #4 has a King Bed with a Private Bath and private deck access.

Amenities: 5 Smart TVs with streaming TV package and the TVs in the living room and game room/den have a Roku for all of your streaming needs, high-speed wired/wireless internet, swimming pool, hot tub, pool table, deck furniture, outdoor shower, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and alarm clocks.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
