Tip'Sea Turtle is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled in Emerald Isle with breathtaking views of the ocean that you won't want to miss! The emerald-colored waves are just a short walk away, a feature you will certainly value, as you will be able to walk back and forth all day if needed! The beach access is directly across the street for ease of transporting all of your beach necessities!

Level One:

On this level of the home, you’ll discover a bright and welcoming living area that’s perfectly designed for relaxing after a sun-soaked day at the beach. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious dining area, creating the ideal setting for gathering with family and friends. Step right out onto the deck from this level to enjoy refreshing ocean breezes and the soothing sounds of the waves.

This floor also features a comfortable queen bedroom, offering a restful retreat just steps away from the heart of the home. For added convenience, you’ll also find a shared full bath and a laundry room thoughtfully located on this level to meet all your vacation needs.

Level Two:

The second level of the home is dedicated to rest and relaxation, offering a variety of well-appointed bedrooms to suit your group’s needs. On this floor, you'll find a serene master suite featuring a king bed, a private full bathroom, and direct access to the deck where you can unwind with coastal views. There are two additional bedrooms, each with a king bed, that share access to a convenient full hallway bathroom. Lastly, a charming queen bedroom provides its own deck access and shares access to the hallway bathroom, making it a comfortable retreat for any guest. 

Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. For your entertainment, you will find 5 flat-panel TVs with basic cable as well as a Roku for your streaming needs. There is the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, which is super useful for swimsuits and beach towels! You will find a fully-equipped kitchen with all that you will need to prepare snacks and meals throughout your stay. There you will find a coffee maker, as well as all needed appliances including an oven, a refrigerator with an attached ice maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher for fast and easy post-meal cleaning up! On the outside of the home, you will find a park-style outdoor grill for cooking out with your loved ones! There is a hot and cold private outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day of sand and sea and a private hot tub to wind down on brisk evenings!

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
