Welcome to our beautiful house located just outside the quaint town of Emly, voted as one of Irelands cleanest towns! We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with Apple AirPlay and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find two singles.
In the next bedroom, there is also two singles
The third bedroom contains a double bed.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom (double bed room).
The second bathroom is located at the end of the house, available to all occupants.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 3pm onwards and check-out is before 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
