'So, we booked this about an hour ahead of being there. When we showed up, the office was closed. There was a sign on the door addressed to another guest and a phone number on the closed sign. Called the number and the owner of the property answered and apologized that he did not see the reservation come in and was away from the property. He asked us to wait 30 minutes so he could return to check us in. It got mostly better from there. Check in was pleasant and the owner was very apologetic...

'This property is beautiful. I especially enjoyed the grounds of the place. A hidden trove with beautiful cabins lush greenery all-around. The river is hidden behind the cabins so you can fly fish. We did the train car rails, through the forest, and it was so much fun.'

'This is an incredible stay in the Catskills capping off a weekend of hiking and sight seeing. It’s a bit pricey, it you get what you pay for. The soaking tubs, overall vibe, and sauna really make it effortless relaxation.'

'It's all great, as far as i'm concerned, but one has to know in advance what sort of place it is. It's a mosaic of rustic on the outside, elegant/modern on the inside, quadruplexes, with classic LPs and a turntable in the room. There's no restaurant, fitniess room, etc..
