We stayed in rm 211. Very quiet and spacious room with desk and sofa. King bed was comfortable and bathroom was large. Handicap friendly. Quite area with nice amenities.

We like Hampton Inns. Know what to expect as they generally have same amenities etc. This one was fine. Looks recently renovated/refreshed. However we were not pleased with the Hampton inn in North Charleston. Not up to the Hampton Hilton standards overall. The one in Kingsland GA was the best of the 3.

In dire need of updating! We were given a handicapped room as we were told that was the only available one or we could have one on the 5th floor where families were with their pets. The bathroom ceiling paint was peeling.

I booked because of the ratings but i don’t think 5 stars means what these people think it means. For the price I’ve stayed in hotels that were half the price and twice the condition and amenities. The fixtures were old, the internet was horrible, tv tiny, rooms outdated, etc. The staff were fine but for the price a i would definitely not go again. I’d take a chance at the red roof in across the street who has better internet connectivity than hotel itself, lol.

Il n’y a pas d’arrivée, nous n’y sommes pas allés. Nous avions une urgence et devions partir plus tôt et avions demandé une modification : le dimanche de Pâques avec n’importe quel jour de la semaine. Quand nous avons parlé avec l’hôtel et que nous avons mentionné Expédia,ils nous ont raccroché au nez. Nous avons payé l’hôtel, perdu nos points bonis accumulés : mauvaise expérience.

I arrived around 11:00 PM after an incredibly long & stressful drive just to be told that there was NO RESERVATION under my name. The female staff member at the Front Desk not only didn't make any additional efforts to find my reservation (calling expedia, etc) she also proceeded to tell me that they were completely sold out. She didn't even offer to Walk Me or make any other suggestions ofr where I could stay! I started to drive back ALL THE WAY home. I called Expedia, they admitted to fault in never confirming a resrvation that i had already paid for! They then called me back to tell me I could stay at the hotel in question, so suddenly they had a room???? I was turned away and wanted my money back. Expedia representatives refused to refund me. I ended up sleeping in a rest area as a single smaller build female completely alone. So not only was I exhausted, I was laso out $200.00. 10 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

First off..staff was very, very pleasant. Room had the issues. One of the comforters had an unknown brown smudge. Not gonna speculate.. AC was not really blowing well. I checked the air filters. Completely dirty. Air could barely pass. I cleaned and fixed the issue. Shower head fell off and was dirty. Lamp was missing on desk. Very dark in room. Tried (2x) to get water from vending machine with CC. Transaction completed with no water bottle being dispensed. Front desk staff took care of me.

Great hotel, nice staff. Only problem was, the guests had a toddler in the room above us and we could hear the child squealing and running until around midnight. Obviously the hotel has no control over that.

Overnight - comfy and clean
Great place to stop for the night. Not a huge choice of "sit down" restaurants in the direct vicinity of the hotel, but otherwise the hotel and its location are a plus for anyone going up and down the coast.
