'Old characteristic building. Room was very noisy and not clean, mold in the bathroom and barely water from the shower.'

'The deckhouse had everything you would need to have an enjoyable holiday. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was an easy walk into Emsworth which has a variety of restaurants and takeaways. The sun shone for the whole week and there were lots of interesting places to visit.'

'It was very nice, the stairs need to be fixed as look like the are rotting also so would not use them, hot tub bar to pull back cover screw loose and kept falling off. Shower needs sorting out as squirts everywhere concerned that could get hair dryer wet so would not use. Floor gets wet everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower head. Other than that very comfortable clean very relaxing. '

'On arrival at 4.30 apartment no ready. Used emergency number it was rectified promptly to an acceptable standard. Excellent location. If using buses bus stops are just along the road and opposite. We would stay again.'

'We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

'Thank you so much, had a beautiful time. Definitely will come back. Everybody was so accommodating the staff… the residents were lovely… The hotel also changed the ferry times. Accommodating our travels. Our Labrador went he had a beautiful time who is nearly 8 years old. The staff are so friendly towards Noah. Thank you so much once again for giving us a beautiful experience in Shanklin definitely will be back.X'
