This is not a party house. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, with people who care about their property and want to relax on the weekends. Ideal for families and friends to gather for relaxing fun. Gather in this expansive yard for a spirited game of cornhole or washers, swimming or fishing from the pier, bobbing in the water, or relaxing in the yard.

We allow well mannered pets; but ask that they not be allowed on the furniture for the sake of allergy sensitive guests. Everything will be provided for you to clean up when your pet "goes" so the yard will remain recreation ready for kids and families. There is a $50 per pet per stay fee with a $125 refundable pet deposit if the house and yard are left with no traces of your pet when you leave.
