'Unfortunately, we were sick during our entire stay, so we never saw anything except the view from the cabin and one trip to a grocery store. The cabin was cute, and the listing does warn you there’s no WiFi. Hot water was iffy - we had it, but the first shower never got warmer than lukewarm if you wanted any water pressure, and then the second person had to wait before showering. 'It exceeded our expectations. The hike to the look out was perfect for watching the solar eclipse . Our little guy even did the hike with us because it was gradual enough for him . We loved wading in the creek with my son. it was his first time seeing little fish , and frogs and all the fun stuff . 😀 Everything was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend. I loved the shower head that felt like rain drops so much too lol 😊'

'My husband and I had a great stay in the Adelyn Suite at Mustard Seed B&B. The property location could not be better! It’s close to the river, city park, and downtown with a coffee shop, restaurants, distillery, local beer and fun shops. We walked everywhere. 'We rented all 4 cabins for a family gathering to view eclipse. Best equipped kitchens we've ever had through VRBO!! Host was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Plenty of wood provided for evening campfires and grilling on oak/mesquite coals was a real treat. Huge covered balconies were a real treat. River front is lovely and several enjoyed some fly fishing. Great for family gatherings in Texas Hill Country!'

'We had a great time in this cabin. We were definitely in a secluded spot and saw a bunch of wildlife. My wife enjoyed the deer the most. This place was very clean and had a true back woods feel to it. Even at night we could see an amazing view of the stars and listening to the coyotes howl. It was great and we will be back.'

"I don’t mind older hotels and don’t need luxury or fancy stuff but I do like my room clean and that just wasn’t the case here. There were stains on the sheets, the floor was greasy and the bath tub was so worn down I really dreaded taking a shower. We decided not to stay and booked a room across the street; best decision for us. Lady at reception was very friendly though, there sure is potential to make this a nice place to stay but the current state just wasn’t ok for us.."
