Alamander Beach House

Welcome to the "Alamander Beach house" which is situated within a mile to Manasota Beach.
Beautifully furnished and equipped this home is sure to become a favorite vacation spot.

On entry you come into the great room which is furnished very tastefully with coastal theme and there is an open plan dining area, with fully equipped kitchen. Includes kitchen aide mixer, instant pot, numerous baking dishes and air fryer. For easy dinners you will find various crock pots and even a rice cooker! Kitchen is updated and has stainless appliances and quarts countertops.

There is a second sitting area which is also very nice overlooking the pool, with flat screen tv on the wall.
There are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, giving guests privacy. First one has a Californian king bed and second one a king bed. There is also a bunk bed with trundle and twin size cot/mattress.
The master has its own ensuite shower room, the second guest bathroom includes hair dryer, straightener and curling iron.
Going out to the lovely pool area which has pavers and recently built pool with a sunbathing ledge. Pool can be electrically heated: there are numerous pool floats/toys as well.
The cozy sitting area is a great place to enjoy the Florida sunshine, play a board game or read a book. Enjoy grilling dinner with the BBQ, comfortable table, chairs also for dining al fresco.
Enjoy afternoon walks to Manasota Beach or bike ride in the area as there are two bikes available for your use. Local shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes' drive.
