Gulf Side Condo Niets tussen jou en het strand!

Dit is een recent bijgewerkte golf kant appartement, is er niets tussen jou en het strand. Officieel is dit een slaapkamer lager niveau appartement maar het slaapt 4-5 met een verdeeld 2e slaapkamer en een slaapbank. Open de beneden locker pak een voorwaarde boogie boards en je kunt er op een privé-strand in minder dan een minuut. Onze appartementen zijn in particulier verschuldigd, maar omvatten een on-site manager om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk is. Toegang tot de baai is ook verkrijgbaar met de boot dokken op een first come basis. Een verwarmd zwembad en bbq gebieden kijken uit op Lemon Bay. Nieuwe king size bed in de slaapkamer. Grote flatscreen-tv's in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Draadloos internet is altijd op. Telefoon bestaat uit lokale en binnenlandse lange afstand.

Kunt u kijken naar de video aan de bovenkant van de foto's. De video is nog niet aangepast aan de nieuwe keuken en baden geïnstalleerd november 2012 weerspiegelen, maar het geeft je een goede kijk in het appartement en de buitenkant voorzieningen, waaronder het strand geven.

Als u meer dan een appartement nodig hebt laat het me weten als meerdere eenheden in dit complex zijn meestal beschikbaar van andere eigenaren.

The apartment had everything we needed . Full kitchen , extra towels and blankets , beach chairs . Communication with the owner was easy and quick to respond to any questions and concerns . Pool was across the road but easy to get to . Beach was right down the driveway . Great place to stay .

Perfect location for a beach vacation

Perfect location with easy access to the beach, pool, and fishing. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is right on the beach this is the place for you. You get to experience the beach without being surrounded by a ton of tourists. It’s a wonderful, small town beach condo.

Improvements needed

We've stayed in this general area many times. Spoke with other guests who didn't have complaints. I read a review before booking that said they would stay at this condominium again but never this unit. I thought since there were SOME reviews that pointed out areas of improvements those things would've been improved upon, but that's not the case. We arrived for a later check-in. It became evident throughout our stay that this place was never properly cleaned. Hair ties and false eyelashes in the bathroom. Goldfish and popcorn from previous tenants in living room. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes etc. Not well stocked with paper towels (1 small roll) garbage bag(just the 1 in the can) hand soap or toilet paper. Shower curtain was moldy and crusted together! Called real estate company that over sees property and their solution to no garbage bags was for me to drive to them and pick up a couple from their office. Although better than telling me to go buy my own, our day was planned and I didn't want to interrupt it to do that so I ended up buying my own later that evening (when I had planned to drive down to the stores/restaurants). My choice I know but shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. Location is wonderful. Pool area is very nice.

Great location for the price

Just a short walk to the beach. It was great strolling up and down the beach, any time of the day collecting shells. Me, my daughter and granddaughter had a great time bonding. Thak you for an unforgettable experience!

Christmas vacation 2021

We really enjoyed the gulf side and the beach. The pool was out of commission for a few days because of a storm that passed through. The kids were kinda upset but luckily it was nice enough for the beach. The beach chairs and toys will probably need to be replaced soon. They had beach towels to use so that was nice. The ceiling fans in all the rooms NEED to be replaced very soon. The 2nd bedroom one makes terrible sounds. The living room one won't turn off unless you unplug it. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, I mentioned on our review with the realty company that baking sheets are needed. We will stay in the complex again but probably not in this unit. The other guests that were there during our time made the trip great for us adults and kids.

Sunburst Condo

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Condo was nice and very comfortable with very nice kitchen, well stocked. Only minor issues, like a few light bulbs needed replacing. Highly recommend this condo.

Just perfect

This condo was great! Easy 2 minute walk to beach and it had everything we needed for a carefree day in the sand and surf! We had plenty of private space on the beach and spent most of the day there! We loved the community beachside patio and the bayside pool! Everyone was so friendly! The condo was perfect! Loved the well stocked kitchen and super soft towels. My teenage son loved the ability to ride his skateboard between the 2 units. Definitely recommend this gem for a small family vacation getaway!

We always have a great time in Englewood and this condo is in a great location. The condo is fully stocked and clean. We didn’t have any issues with the air like other reviewers. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave to go home haha. Thanks for a great place to stay for our trip.

Ac was not working when we arrived..im a polar bear in Florida so.....after the ac was fixed promptly no issues great location..condo needs updated but wasnt terrible. Beds where bad but we were only there 3 nights.

Great vacation, as always!

We have stayed in this unit several times and as always, we had a fantastic time! The unit was very clean and is a great place to stay because it is easy to social distance. You have a private beach with few people there so we felt very comfortable. In fact, one of the days, we had the pool all to ourselves! Made for a great vacation. We will definitely be staying here again!
