'We absolutely loved our stay at Gabriel’s house. The house is full of fun and eclectic decorations, comfortable and with plenty of room for a family of six. Ennistymon is a charming town and the perfect base for exploring County Clare and beyond.'

'Have made many trips to beautiful Ireland but by far this was the best. And all because of the lovely cottage and its hosts Phyllis and Kevin. Daily short drives all over West Clare only to return to this spacious and comfortable home. The garden, the town, and everything we needed. Sparkling clean, fresh, beautifully appointed far surpassing our expectations. Even prettier and larger Than expected. Non intrusive but gracious and helpful hosts. 'Staying in this space was glorious! The house is designed to be comfortable, restful and it welcoming and it was. The host was very, very nice and she went out of her way to meet our travel needs. 'Our family of 8 (4 couples) really enjoyed our stay in Doolin. The Cottage is in a great location and the property manager did communicate with us when we had a problem with cold showers (we didn't know what time that the water heater would be on). Doolin is very walkable and the cottage had a great game selection for our family. No real grocery store in town so pick up groceries before you arrive. We did miss an actual coffee maker, but the French press worked for a few cups. '

'Beautiful property. There is a small grocery store and pub just a short walk away. The showers were particularly nice - hot and great water pressure - and you appreciate this all the more if you’ve spent the day out in the wind and rain. A short drive to Doolin and the Cliffs. Just a short walk to the beach and a 5 min drive to the village, where we could find easily a shop that provides with food and all you may need for your stay. It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. The place included all kitchen appliances that were needed. The spices are were running out, but usually people travel to try food! Of course, there are a couple things that are different in every country. I would recommend leaving an instruction book on the stovetop (red breaker) and electric shower.
