Once again the room was spacious, clean and we had everything we needed. Easy access to the freeway, restaurants and there's a WalMart and Publix up the street. 'Everyone that we encountered from the front desk to the morning had an attitude made you feel put out if you asked them anything especially the lady that Che led me in finally I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while I was trying to check in no one was there saw someone cleaning up the food area and walked over to ask if someone worked the front desk he said he would go find her when she finally came to the desk she didn’t apologize she said so you had to wait a few minutes to check in...

'They charged my card six hours before I arrived, the desk clerk at check in was rude, as well as rude and acted out out when I called and told her the AC in room wasn't working properly. She came up to the room and did something to the unit whick made it kick on and then said well the bed is in front of the AC and it's not a good design. Needless to say the AC didn't work in the room in the middle of the summer. Front desk clerk at checkout was rude as well. The only good thing about this was...
