At the foot of the Aubrac highlands, at the confluence of the Lot and the Truyère, in the heart of a medieval village in the North Aveyron, I am a "maisonette" of 58 m², without terrace, completely renovated, with all the necessary comfort to spend good moments of relaxation.
I am located in a small quiet street, 100 meters from parking lots, shops, pharmacy and doctor. I am fitted out for 2 adults.

On the first floor a living room (storage furniture, table / chairs, 2 armchairs, television and equipped kitchen, scullery and washing machine.
On the first floor a bedroom (bed 140 / new bedding, storage unit and clothes rack. On the same landing, toilet and bathroom with shower / washbasin on furniture
On the second floor an attic room used as a rest room / living room with sofa bed and television, storage cupboards. 1 window and 2 electric skylights make this room very bright.

Small enclosed space outside and adjacent to the cottage allowing the parking of bicycles or motorbikes. Free provision

Close to shops, the medieval castle, rivers and leisure areas
Leisure: fishing (1st and 2nd category), canoe / kayaking base (10 or 20 kms course on the Lot, municipal swimming pool (July / August), bowling alley, multipurpose room, children's games, fitness trail, hiking and cycling, mushrooms in season.

Rental: By the day (2 nights minimum) or by the week (10% discount for 7 consecutive nights). Do not hesitate to call us and book in advance as the site is very popular.

- Mid Season Rental from 01/05 to 10/07 ( 67,00 € / night) and from 24/08 to 16/10 ( 67 € / night ) In these same periods, possibility of weekly rental, i.e. 7 consecutive days at reduced rates. Tourist taxes not included

September, it's the month of mushrooms, come and enjoy our beautiful forests.

- High Season Rental from 11/07 to 23/08:80 € / night. Tourist taxes not included. In the same period, possibility of weekly rental, i.e. 7 consecutive days at reduced rates. Tourist taxes not included

- All Saints' Day holidays from 17/10 to 02/11:74 € per night except from 22/10 to 25/10:88 €. In the same period, possibility of weekly rental, i.e. 7 consecutive days at reduced rates. Tourist taxes not included

Sheets, pillows and duvet cover provided. Bed made on arrival. Provision of 2 dish towels for the stay
Tourist taxes are not included in the rental price and only concern people + 18 years old.
Additional services on request:
- Towels for 2 people: 2 towels and 1 glove per person: 20 € / stay
- Cleaning fee at the end of the stay if it must be carried out by the owner: 50€. Cleaning of the kitchen and bins emptied by the tenant.
- Extra sleeping ( 90 X 190 ) for people not sleeping together: 20 € for the duration of the stay
- For an arrival or departure outside the hours provided for in the contract, an additional 10 € will be requested. The owner must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
