De kamer was schoon, hele goede bedden. Koffie&thee aanwezig. Prima douche. Het hotel bevindt zich op loopafstand van het Centrum. Het ontbijt is voor Franse begrippen prima.

Heel tof betaalbaar hotel op 100 m van de rue du Champagne. Geen superluxe maar hetgeen we nodig hadden kregen we.

Prima prijs kwaliteit. Voor deze prijs moet je niks bijzonders verwachten. Het ontbijt was echt 3 x niks. Corona proef dat wel maar zelfs de 8 euro niet waard. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk niks op aan te merken

Geslaagd hotel voor ons kort verblijf.
Een hotel dat een "uitstekend" verdient als je de prijs tov de kwaliteit zet. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten. Nette kamer, dagelijks opkuisen kamer, degelijke bedden met stevige matrassen, zeer net, vermoedelijk nieuw sanitair, dagelijks nieuwe handdoeken, waterkoker op de kamer, ruime parking doch niet afgesloten 's nachts. Het ontbijt hebben we niet genuttigd, maar we zagen wel dat het een heel ruim buffet betrof. Alles voorhanden van sapjes, over vlees en joghurt tot viennoiserie. Op een heel rustig tempo stap je in 10 minuten tot in het centrum van Epernay en dit langs de statige Avenue du Champagne.

Good hotel. By far the best value for money. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. GREAT LOCAYION. The only downside is that you can hear people walking outise of your room pretty well. Still, would recommend if going to visit epernay.

Persoonlijke service, hotel prima
Genoten in dit hotel aan de rand van t centrum maar op loopafstand. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid. Iets verouderd gebouw maar alles op orde. 1e keer begeleid tot in de kamer, waar zie je deze persoonlijke service nog? Klein foutje op factuur van ontbijt ook zonder problemen opgelost. Parkeerterrein op eigen terrein dus veilig. Absolute aanrader.

One up from camping. Bed hard as rock. Pillows flat as a pancake. No sleep. Bad back. No facilities, no bar, no snacks, no food bathroom very good, clean, large shower. Wont stay here again.

I am a bit surprised at a couple of your comments.We are aware that some clients prefer more ample pillows which is why we provide a minimum of 4 per room with more available on request. We also have a bar, with the menu available at the reception in full view. We don't offer food at this point, an element that is clearly indicated on our website. However,we do work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location excellent. Free car park wS a bonus. The Hotel room was quite basic, no possibility to ventilate safely at night as opening was a door on ground floor. The downstairs rooms looked quite tired.

Great staff. Nothing was a problem we asked for a kettle and extra pillows and we got them. Breakfast was good. This is the best place to stay for champagne tasting. Short walk to 2 big champagne houses and then turn the other way and walk all the way down Avenue des Champagne with many tasting and beautiful buildings.

This is a bare bones accommodation but the location is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. A little TLC would go a long way to making this a more desirable destination in the amazing town of Epernay.

It does what it needs to do. The location is brilliant. The staff were fab, it was a bit noisy within the hotel as the walls seemed thin.

Excellent location near prestigious avenue de Champagne. Very friendly and helpful staff and management. Free safe parking. I didnt see a lift and there is no air conditioning in rooms which is a pity by hot weather.

Very helpful new owners.
Great service by the new owners. Very helpful and full of great ideas to improve our stay. Location worked very well for us. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable but needing a modest refurbishment which the new owners are starting soon.
