The Space
Step into your private studio-style apartment, a clean, modern, and inviting space filled with bright, natural light. Cedar comfortably sleeps up to four guests between a plush queen-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa.

The convenient kitchenette is equipped for simple meals and morning coffee, featuring a sink, coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and a toaster oven/air fryer. The unit also includes a full bathroom, a mini-split for air conditioning and heat, and a view of the lovely shared garden. For cozy nights in, you'll find a collection of games and puzzles, along with Cable TV/Smart TVs and complimentary high-speed Internet/Wi-Fi.

Guest Access
You will have the entire Cedar unit to yourself. Your stay includes access to wonderful shared outdoor amenities, which may be enjoyed by guests in the other duplex unit (Pine) or the main house.

Shared Spaces: Enjoy the huge yard, lawn games, and a fire pit for evening gatherings.
Parking: One parking spot is provided per unit. Please be mindful of other guests to ensure everyone can get in and out easily. Street parking is not permitted.

A short walk will take you to Ephraim’s best restaurants, shops and attractions such as the Old Post Office Inn for their famous fish boils, Wilson's Ice Cream Parlor, and Anderson's Dock for their photo-worthy graffiti art.

For a quiet afternoon in nature, explore a nearby hidden gem, the Ephraim Preserve at Anderson Pond, which is also within walking distance.

Getting Around
Many of Ephraim's best attractions are just a short walk away. A car is recommended for exploring the wider Door County area and all its charming towns and parks.

House Rules - To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:
* No pets are allowed.
* No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.
* Please do not move the furniture.
* For safety, no open flames are allowed inside the unit.
* To preserve the peaceful ambiance, loud parties and events are not allowed.

Important Information
Shared Wall: As Cedar is part of a duplex, it shares a wall with the adjoining unit. Please be mindful that some noise may travel between the two spaces.
Security Cameras: For your safety and security, a camera is located outside the entrance and another is in the backyard overlooking the parking area and yard. These devices record both video and audio 24/7 with motion detection.
Off-Limits Area: The ladder and loft area are not for guest use. Please do not attempt to climb, move, or take down the ladder.
Provided Supplies: We provide bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. You will also find a starter pack of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and travel-sized toiletries.
What to Bring: Please bring your own beach towels, firewood for the fire pit, and any cooking essentials you may need (like oil, salt, pepper, and spices), as all pantry items are removed between stays for health and safety.

Booking Requirement: A signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in.
