Located about twenty kilometers from Orléans or Meung-sur-Loire, you can stay here for a family vacation or for business.
It's an ideal starting point for strolls in the Beauce region, along the banks of the Loire, or for visiting the many châteaux and gardens, as well as the Beauval Zoo. The single-story cottage (a few steps to access the entrance) includes a large living room with a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
4 separate bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with two 90x200 cm beds (duvet, pillows) and one bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed (blanket, pillows, and pillows), a separate bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink), a separate shower room (walk-in shower, sink, toilet), and a separate toilet.

A table is available for dining on the terrace (with barbecue and awning), and a lounge set is set up in the garden for aperitifs. Enjoy relaxing moments!
Parking is available on the property's gated driveway (for approximately 3 cars).

Beds are made upon arrival. Oil-fired heating (thermostat limited to 19 degrees), water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and tourist taxes are included.
