Fly fishing, boating on Lake Blue Ridge, hiking, tubing on the Toccoa and rafting on the Ocoee River are all just outside the cabin’s back door! Maximum number of vehicles which may be parked overnight shall not exceed 4 vehicles.

*Please Note: Dogs are welcome at Black Bear River Lodge! 4 dogs, no weight limit- $125
** Please Note: For stays longer than 14 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning will be scheduled during your stay and is charged at the same rate as the standard cleaning fee. If the property requires additional cleaning due to excessive mess or damage, extra charges may apply.**

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.

Black Bear River Lodge nightly rental rates are based on the occupancy of 6 people. There will be a surcharge of $25 per night per person over the 6 people limit.
