'The view was fabulous . The pool bar and restaurant delicious . The staff was outstanding all around . Most notable was the front desk person , Whitney, who arranged a late checkout for me when she heard that I had an unexpected death that I had to get home to attend to . Lovely all around . '

'Hotel voldoet op alle vlakken aan Fairfield Inn-standaard. Comfortabele bedden, modern sanitair, mooie grote kamers, gratis parking, voortreffelijk ontbijtbuffet, correcte prijs. Enkel ligging kan beter. Men noemt dit wel Palm Beach maar hotel ligt ver van het centrum van Palm Beach én West Palm Beach. Auto heb je dus ook 's avonds nodig (hotel heeft zelf geen restaurant of bar, en niets op wandelafstand).'

'The staff at the Opal are exceptional people. Very kind and very friendly. The room was clean but only issue was it would be nice to have a makeup mirror in the bathroom and a shampoo/conditioner stand in the shower. We had to put our hair products on the floor. Other than that, the room was very clean, it was quiet, the bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return very soon! '

'I’m a RN and always bring disinfectant to clean my rooms to my standards and when I cleaned this room…it was spotless! Absolutely nothing visible on my white clean towel. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and gracious. The pool was clean, the lawn chairs were clean and there were fresh towels. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I HIGHLY recommend this location. '

'Immaculately clean everywhere. Lobby is gorgeous with a very modern/high end look, so are the rooms. And the complimentary full breakfast is amazing. I'm talking waffles, french toasts, omelets that you can order to be made right there, the list goes on. Perfect for families with kids. Highly recommend!'
